It never cesases to amaze how people who wouldn't otherwise ask about your sex life feel like they can ask about it then!Rachael https://www.blogger.com/profile/04546209575452027732noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6089236167904830723.post-24880237541564045582008-09-17T22:15:00.000-07:002008-09-17T22:15:00.000-07:00Oh, ps. If you haven't seen Kung Fu Panda yet, it's pretty funny, and your post also reminded me of the wise but hilarious turtle who is teaching a sensei about a peach tree and seasons, and destiny (no matter how much the sensei wills it, the peach seed won't turn into a pear tree, and the sensei has to nurture the destiny of the peach seed).

Ok, maybe it's not that relevent, but funny anyhow.Kimboolyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02224586480718419499noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6089236167904830723.post-42328735143166600882008-09-17T22:10:00.000-07:002008-09-17T22:10:00.000-07:00Hi, I'm a lurker/blogstalker, saw you comment on M...Hi, I'm a lurker/blogstalker, saw you comment on MCB, and was curious if the name "alamodey" was a way of saying "alimony" when stuffed up.

I know, I'm pretty silly.

Anyway, I already digress.

I LOVED this post. I have seen such heartbreak with so many friends struggling with fertiliy, and now, even though I have three little boys (after two miscarriages), I'm not ovulating (for months now) and wanted to start trying last year and my youngest is four on Saturday, and I'm having baby envy because it's felt right to me for a long time to have another kiddo join our family.

At Walmart this week I pointed to a lady with her baby in baby carrier and said to hubby, "I want one of *those*"

It's hard to realize the season isn't always ready when we are. Sigh. Anyway, your post was perfect. I may even link to it on my blog. Well, ok, maybe not, then everyone (aka family and well-meaning ward members) will know I've been trying, and I'll never survive the hounding after that....Kimboolyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02224586480718419499noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6089236167904830723.post-69959689155385409622008-09-17T09:52:00.000-07:002008-09-17T09:52:00.000-07:00I lost 2 babies when i was younger but still manag...I lost 2 babies when i was younger but still managed to have 4 children. The last 2 at age 36 & 38 the pregnancies caused everything to zero out and I had to have emergency 6 surgeries last summer and cannot have anymore children but I know I was lucky to have the 4 I did.I know you will have more children there is no age that is to late to have them Iam proof of this there is 21 years between my youngest and oldest and I hadnt had a baby in 13 years when I got pregnant with #3 now I will be 41 next month and Iam a grandmother and have 2 toddlers at home:)Ages of my kids 23 years old,17 years old,4 years old,2 years old and a grandson 3 years old.I hope I made you feel better.Hugs Darcy AHEDSDarcys Knotty Knitterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00022869069300030504noreply@blogger.com
