Back to crafting (and it hurts!)

I don't know if many people realize this, but there is a muscle in your back that you use, maybe exclusively for sewing: right in the center, just below your shoulder blades. If you don't sew or craft or do much of anything but the bare minimums for 3 months, or so, this muscle becomes weak and will hurt when you go back to it. This is especially true when you have to sew four aprons in 48 hours because you've been procrastinating for so long (um, literally months).

However, I'm back in the swing of all-night craftiness, and I did finish these pairs of matching "Mommy and Me" Aprons for Stinky's preschool silent auction. What do you think?

oh my gosh. I love them. How much do you want for them. I'll just give you the money to donate to the preschool. Gwenevere and I need matching aprons. so cute.

You have so many wonderful talents.

Sorry about your back.

Totally cute aprons. And yes, I hurt when I sew too!

I have (and despise) that same crafting muscle. Ugh.

Love the aprons! So fun. I'm ready to get sewing again; I've kind of taken a hiatus since Christmas.
