The first week of Weight Watchers is a little nuts. You adjust and remember what portion sizes are supposed to look like, and you learn to recognize when you are and aren't really hungry. It just takes a while.
I am glad I went, but things do feel a little overwhelming if I think too hard about it.
Goals this week:
- do the re-framing worksheet and post it on the fridge.
- attend three practices, and go walking twice before the next meeting.
- plan menus until next meeting
Think positive thoughts for me? I've got a blog in the works for tomorrow.

Good for you. I am doing it online and not having much sucess yet. Something about standing on that scale in front of someone is really a motivator! Keep up the good work.
