We Made It: Auction Items

This is not a good picture, but I do think it was a pretty quilt. WBH and I were contacted about donating items to an auction, and I had completed this quilt top a very long time ago. An auction seemed to be just the right time to finish it off, so it would quit making me feel guilty. I wish my finishing had been neater, but we were in a hurry. Now, if you're looking for some really, really, awesome workmanship...

WBH crafted this pendant for the same auction. We hear it was a hot item, and will be featured in a zombie-themed wedding (I really want to see the pictures from that!) later this year. It led WBH to a discussion with a friend about other body parts that could make interesting pieces of jewelry, but we'll leave it at that for now. I hope your day is great!

Those are so neat! I love the pendant, so creative!

So, this is kind of random but I saw your comment on made, and noticed that you were from Tacoma, so I wanted to say "hi!" from a fellow Washingtonian! I grew up near Olympia, although we live in Moses Lake now. So.....hi! :o)

If so, please email me or message on FB and tell me how much!

I've been out of the loop for awhile, but wanted to let you know your blog is inspiring, crafty, and uplifting, as usual. Hope your pregnancy is going well. Thanks!
