What do you do, when you have done everything right? When you have tracked, when you have worked out, when you have pushed fluids and gotten enough sleep (for the first time in a long while)? When you have done everything you know is right and STILL you gain weight?
You pray it's hormones and get a small fries. Then you track those points, too, and move forward.
