Thin Thursday: Stalled

I didn't move anywhere up or down. It doesn't surprise me, I struggled this week. There's not really much else to say about that. These are my goals this week.

1: Track everything! Everything! Everything!
2: Commit to not using any flex or activity points two days this week.
3: Practices Monday, Wednesday plus two more workouts.

So that's it. I'm bummed, but it could be worse.
